Which superheroes will be in the game?
PlayStation Studios senior producer Reed Baird has confirmed that the game will feature many popular Marvel characters, such as:
1. Captain America
2. Iron Man
3. Spider-Man
4. Doctor Doom
5. Storm
6. Ms. Marvel
7. Star-Lord
8. Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes)
All these characters have been designed in the unique style of Arc System Works, in which their fighting style and design have been revamped.
How will 4v4 Team Fighting Work?
Game director Kazuto Sekine said that even though this is a 4v4 game, players will only have to learn one character well. The rest of the team will come to back up the player and attack together. Players can also perform amazing moves with simple button presses, which will make the game seem easy and fun too.
According to Sekine, the purpose of the 4v4 format is to show Marvel's unique team-up style and strong action together in the game. This will increase the excitement of the game even more.
Graphics and Gameplay
As seen in other games of Arc System Works, this will also have an art style similar to Japanese anime. Each character will have Normal, Special and Unique attacks inspired by their powers. Also, the game will have Ultimate Skills which will be shown in a cinematic style.
Stages and Locations
Most of the game's stages will have multiple areas, meaning players can move from one area to another during the game, making the strategy even more interesting. Sony has advised fans to check out the screenshots of the game's location in Marvel's New York City.
